Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or the use of this website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the ADR Institute of Canada. The arbitration shall be conducted in Brooklin, Ontario. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language, and the award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties. The parties shall bear their own costs and expenses in connection with the arbitration, and the fees of the arbitrator shall be shared equally by the parties.
Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Dwight Consulting with respect to the use of this website. These terms and conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Dwight Consulting with respect to the use of this website.
